Rhizome DC, with Ami Yamasaki, Shodekeh, and seconds, present an evening of experimental vocal music in various forms.

seconds--the duo of composer-performer Stephen F. Lilly (www.stephenlilly.net) and soprano-actress Stacey Mastrian (www.staceymastrian.com)--present the newest works from a collaboration that has spanned seventeen years.  At times humorous, at times reflective, the music and sonic artworks on this program include spoken word and singing with bass, kalimba, typewriter, and pre-recorded and live electronics.
